What we collect

When you send a repair request we collect your name, email, optional phone and ZIP code, your bike details and your description of the problem. When a shop signs in we collect the email address used and anything entered into the listing.

How we use it

Repair requests are shared only with the shops they are routed to (at most three, or the one shop you chose) so they can contact you. We email you a confirmation. Shop sign-in emails are used to sign in and to send lead notifications.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information or share it with advertisers.

Retention and deletion

Requests are kept so shops can follow up and so we can measure how the service performs. Email us to have your request or account deleted.

Cookies

We set one cookie to keep shop owners signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
